At MN-PRROJECTS Sp. z o.o. we respect your personal data. The privacy policy describes the principles, scope and manner of processing your personal data, your rights, as well as the obligations of the data controller. We emphasise that MN-Projects uses appropriate and adequate technical and IT measures and organisational solutions to ensure the highest quality level of protection of the processed Customers’ personal data and to secure it against unauthorised access.

1. Personal data controller
The Administrator of the Customers’ personal data is MN-Projects Sp. z o.o. with its seat at 15 Prezydenta RP Ignacego Mościckiego Street, 26-110 Skarżysko-Kamienna; NIP: 6631881007, REGON: 386948790, KRS: 0000858478 (hereinafter also referred to as MN-Projects).

2. Processing of personal data
The customer who expresses his or her willingness to use the services of MN-Projects on the website www.mnprojects.pl is asked to provide personal data. This data will only be processed for the purposes of handling and responding to e-mail enquiries.

3. Purpose of processing
The Customer’s personal data is necessary for the proper provision of services, in particular for:

  • use of the contact form,

  • company name if the customer is a businessman,

Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the RODO /Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 as amended/ The basis for the processing of personal data is primarily Article 6 of the RODO.

The Customer’s personal data is processed only with the Customer’s consent, given at the time of the request. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however, in some cases it may be necessary to conclude a contract or other activities related to the provision of services by MN-Projects.

7. Powers of the person transferring personal data

  • The Customer has the right to request access to his/her personal data. At any time, the Customer may request the data controller to update or rectify his/her personal data.
  • At any time, the Customer has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data without stating a reason. The request may relate to the purpose of processing indicated by the Customer.
  • The Customer may at any time object to the processing of his/her data both in its entirety and for the purpose he/she has indicated. The objection will not affect the activities already carried out.
  • The customer has the right to request that the processing of his/her personal data be restricted in terms of time and scope. This request will not affect the activities already carried out.
  • The Customer has the right to request that his/her personal data be transferred to another controller. To this end, the Customer may contact the data controller at its e-mail address, stating the name and address of the entity to which the data controller is to transfer the Customer’s personal data and the scope of the data.
  • The Customer has the right to request information from the Data Controller about the extent of the processing of personal data. The data controller is obliged to inform the Customer no later than one month after receipt of each request of the action taken.


8. Processing period

As the controller of the Customer’s personal data, we will keep this personal data for as long as the Customer gives us permission to do so.

9. Data security
When processing the customer’s personal data, we use state-of-the-art IT, technical and organisational measures in accordance with the relevant legislation, including the use of connection encryption with an SSL certificate and the requirement to create strong passwords.

10. Entrustment of personal data
The Customer’s personal data may be entrusted to entities cooperating with MN-Projects to the extent necessary to provide services, i.e. to prepare the goods ordered by the Customer, to carry out the payment process and to deliver shipments. We never transfer, sell or exchange personal data for profit-making or marketing purposes. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.

11. Cookies

mnprojects.pl, like most websites, uses so-called cookies. These files are stored in the memory of your device (computer, phone, etc.), enable, among other things, the use of all the functions of the website, and do not cause changes in the settings of your device. The information recorded in cookies is used, among other things, for advertising and statistical purposes and to adapt our services to your individual needs.
